I've said many times that this project is about defining a city in a new way-- through the thoughts of the inhabitants themselves. What I was left with was the excitement of the mystery that remained. To be honest, I realize now that nothing was defined. The submissions in this project do something better: they resurrect the mystery of this city. The person passing you on the street, the neighbor turning off his light next door, the dude rolling the stop sign and mean mugging you. It's all in there. And it's there to make you wonder.
