So I've decided to try drinking less coffee during the work day which will drastically cut down my intake. I'm 3 hours into my day and 4 glasses of water deep. I don't know that this will last. We shall see.
However, if you insist on such stupidity, yoga helps. I'll move some things around in your schedule so you can go this afternoon. Also, Kung Fu has been entertained/Fed, George has gone on his second walk for the day, frozen pizza delivery has been scheduled for the next two months and I re-negotiated your HOA fees.
