SUPER GROWN-UP BIKE FRIENDS SUNDAY BRUNCH OF DELIGHT

Thanks to Mr. P for the shots...and yes, that TV does have the title 'Kittens at Lunch!!!' on it...not my doing. Thanks to those who came, especially the honorary bike friends and those who brought food and booze. Good times.

Also, if you'd like the secret recipe to Tater Tot Casserole, I'd be happy to share it...

Good thing we watched its birth on your iPhone yesterday. Those cats are actually great pets, they do all the dog like things that Fu does and they make crazy monkey noises.

In a good way, not the screeching ones.

i can field this one since I watched it happen haha

cook ground beef in a pan, drain and spread at bottom of lasagna/casserole tray

can of cream of mushroom soup on top

i don't know how much shredded cheddar cheese on top of that

tater tots on top

cook in oven for assumedly half hour at 350 covered in foil and then take off the foil and cook it more until the tots are deliciously brown looking.

put lots of hot sauce on top when you pile it on your plate, it was good.

She's on it...

2lbs of ground beef (probably better deviation here would be 1lb of beef and 1lb of spicy sausage)

Pat meat into bottom of a 13 x 9 dish.

1 can of cream of mushroom soup spread on top.

Cover all that in shredded cheddar cheese.

Cover in 1 package of tater tots (I think its 2lbs)

Cook covered for 45 min at 350 and then uncover and cook for another 15 min (may take longer if some asshole keeps opening the oven...just make sure them tots are golden brown)

Hot sauce is a good thing.

-hurk!

That sounds disgusting. I won't even Lord it over anyone visa vis my sweet holy veganity (ok, with the periodic break for chocolate cake of any sort)...it's the cream of mushroom soup that gets me. Whoa.

Perhaps I will modify this recipe and then claim I made it all up.

I bet it's good with soyrizo, that fake meat is magical.

Ha...any way you spin its gonna have tots in it so it can't be bad.

Maybe use a diced portabella mushroom or two, green beans and garlic...ha might be the last person you want recommend you a vegan recipe or any recipe for that matter. Now if you want to talk adding shit to frozen pizzas...that I know.

Not necessarily true, I am a huge meat eater and I really enjoy the challenge and reward of cooking and baking for my vegan friends. All of them are back in CA though.Look at this vegan carrot cake I made in April and it was decorated with a unicorn and a dolphin.

Did anyone else find it odd that the puking cream of mushroom soup video had related videos that had breastfeeding in the title?
