Can you give blood?I thought one could not give blood if they had been tattooed in the past 3 months or something like that.
They changed it...If you're tattooed in a state licensed something (not an alley)...its fine. There is only a grace period for unsterile tattoos. Though I think Illinois and Oklahoma make you wait regardless.
