If I don't say it, I won't do it...so don't expect this to be interesting, just getting it out there because I eat like shit.
As of this morning I'm putting myself on a diet consisting of mainly fruits and vegetables for at least two weeks (minus a float trip weekend on the 11th). And...I'm not saying I'm going to quit, but I'm at the very least going to try to consciously cut back on booze and cigarettes...we'll see how that goes. Hell, I might even do a push up or two and half.

DAY1
Breakfast: nothing...who the fuck eats breakfast...
Lunch: mediumish salad, banana
Dinner: broccoli cheese pasta thingy and an apple
Cigarette count: 11
Booze: none
It is hard to count cigarettes.
By counting you quickly realize how much of a routine you're in, and how often you smoke just because you finished something...I hate my routine.
:( I hate that even though I only smoke at night, I was almost down to not even really wanting to smoke and then somehow something happened and I smoke more than a few every night.
DAY2
Lunch: salad with light italian dressing and an apple
Dinner: broccoli cheese pasta and a banana
Cigarettes: 14
Booze: 0
And I should probably note...liquid intakes are on par with an average of 3 cups of coffee and water throughout the day.
DAY 3
Lunch: salad, banana
Dinner: same pasta thingy and an apple
Cigarettes: not sure...as DH pointed out, its hard to count...but I do know I'm under a pack a day which is better than normal
Booze: 1 Stag
