SCAVENGER RIDE

Alright, here's the drill...my kickball game was canceled so I need something to do this Saturday. That being said, Mr. R and I have agreed to take on requests of destinations we will ride our bikes to and photograph our ugly mugs as proof of existence. So we need destination points to be suggested by you fools.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before filling my comments page with poopy ideas:

At some point we'll need to eat.
At some point we'll need more beer.
We like sweets.
We like touristy landmarks and whatnot.
We like super cool places only STL folks know about.
We like random things in nature.
And we like all sorts of people.

Now get requesting please and thank you.

Oh...and feel free to join us in our quest for mediocrity.

in so far...

On 14th & Cass there’s a detour sign that directs people to KFC. It’s sweet.

The other is on Gravois as you come into downtown. It’s called the Round House Saloon or something. Even sweeter.

I also think you should get your pictures with a hooker on Route 3 over in E. St. L.

another...

you guys should do the 'goal post' tour...
the water towers at compton and grand and grand circle...loads of sketchy likkor stores up north on grand, usually with the bullet proof glass and
the revolving door thingy, always a good time. plus you would have the south grand just a hop and a skip away and the cultural experience of grand center. sounds like a grand idea to me...

You could ride along the river road...with your mouth wide open...and then take a picture of all the bugs caught in there.

and so on...

If you ride by my house, you can pose as yard ornaments to enhance my curb appeal – trying to sell my house! Bevo Mill is right around the corner and Ted Drewes. So I think that covers what you are looking for:

At some point we'll need to eat. – Bevo Mill haha
At some point we'll need more beer. – theres always beer at my house
We like sweets. – Ted Drewes
We like touristy landmarks and whatnot. – Bevo Mill and Ted Drewes
We like super cool places only STL folks know about. – My House, Buy it!

Chase Park Plaza
Lemp Mansion
Lone Elk Park
Grant's Farm
Laumeier sculpture park
