I'll be floating this weekend and you know the sexiness meter needs to be kept at super sexy.

THE FEELIES MP3

WEEKEND AND WHATNOT

Friday was a FBC Fiasco 54. Fun times...the ride ended up at a bar next to the Skatium for some good ol' fashion cage dancing and stripper poles (minus the strippers). We hung out till a few minutes before closing and then headed downtown to the City Gardens to finish the beer left in out bags...turned out to be not much...I mistook the weight of my water bottle for a tall can. But cool, nonetheless, to hang in the park at night. Good time all around, though there seems to be drama building on the homefront...

Saturday...urg Saturday. Mizzou and Illinois game was in town...sat at Tin Can for way too long. Did get to see a shit ton of people though, so that was cool.

Sunday equaled a giant hangover....luckily I didn't have shit to do until the evening. So, if you were watching Channel 5 from like 1-1:30 Sunday night/ Monday morning...you saw my happy ass answering phones on the air for The Jerry Lewis Telethon for MDA. Though I don't think a lot of people were watching, because my phone only rang once...and it was a lady looking for a radio station...she was confused...she did not save the children.

Monday...Monday wrapped up the 2009 Gateway Cup in STL...and shortly after, they began Stage One of the Tour of Missouri. So a small group of us rode around the course watching in various areas before heading back down to the finish line...super fun to watch. Its insane how fast they ride....

Good weekend...good times.

SLIGHT UNPROMPTED HEALTH KICK

If I don't say it, I won't do it...so don't expect this to be interesting, just getting it out there because I eat like shit.

As of this morning I'm putting myself on a diet consisting of mainly fruits and vegetables for at least two weeks (minus a float trip weekend on the 11th). And...I'm not saying I'm going to quit, but I'm at the very least going to try to consciously cut back on booze and cigarettes...we'll see how that goes. Hell, I might even do a push up or two and half.
